پرشرسوئیچ- Pressure Switches -نقطه کنترل
پرشر سوئیچ بر اثر فشار جریان عبوری و فلو سوئیچ بر اثر میزان جریان عبوری (سیال) عملکردی را در سیستم فرمان می دهند.
جهت اطلاع از میزان فشار و اعمال کنترلی نیازمند ادواتی هستیم تا در صورت رسیدن میزان فشار یا پرشر به مقادیر مورد نیاز ، سوئیچ دهد.
از جمله مهمترین کمیت های مورد اندازه گیری در واحد های صنعتی، کمیت فشار می باشد، بگونه ای که برای تعین نوع تجهیزات ابزار دقیق معمولا یکی از آیتم هایی که همواره مورد سوال است ، فشار سیستم و در نتیجه ماکزیمم فشار قابل تحمل آن می باشد.از اینرو همواره نیازمند تجهیزاتی هستیم تا با توجه به شرایط محیطی و استاندارد های مربوط بتوانند فشار سیستم را اعلام کنند و با توجه به آن عمل می کنند.
برای اطلاع از مقادیر بالا (H)، خیلی بالا (HH) ، پایین( L) و خیلی پایین( LL) فشار از پرشر سوئیچ ها استفاده میشود. اغلب پرشر سوئیچ ها بصورت تفاضلی عمل کرده و در صورت رسیدن اختلاف فشار به حدی معین سوئیچ می دهند ،سوئیچ ها به دو صورت NO و یا NC می باشد و ما را از رسیدن فشار به مقادیر مورد نظر مطلع می سازند.

Pressure Switches

Safety Transmitter Pressure Switches One Series Safety Transmitter Pressure Switches

One Series Pressure Switches for Hazardous Locations

J21K Series J21K Series Differential Pressure Switches
The J21K differential pressure switch monitors the difference between two system pressures or vacuums and senses excessive flow deviation, or verifies that a filter is clogged. The J21K’s rugged design – with epoxy coated enclosure and sealed metal bellows – lends itself to exacting applications.
